New Push for ENDA

As reported here, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, or ENDA, is one of the Obama administration’s top priorities.  The bill would outlaw discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation.  Those categories are protected under Maryland law, but not federal law yet.  There won’t be action this calendar year.  It’s hard to tell whether the...
